Where is Natures Greenz's Organic Wheat and Barley Grass grown??
It
is grown at the base of Southern Alps on the fertile, unpolluted,
GMO free, nuclear free Canterbury Plains in the South Island New
Zealand, one of the world's most pristine environments.

What is organic wheat grass & barley
grass?
Wheat grass & barley grass are dark green leafy vegetable
that are more nutritious per gram than spinach/broccoli when grown
under optimum conditions. NATURE'S GREENZ™ organic wheat grass
barley grass is grown under optimum conditions, carefully harvested,
dried, and bottled for your convenience.

What
is the serving size of NATURE'S
GREENZ™ Wheat Grass/Barley Grass?
2 teaspoons (4 grams) is the official serving size, though people
vary that according to their own preferences. We generally recommend
2-5 teaspoons per day, again depending on how many greens you
eat every day and your general health.

How
many servings should I take per day?
The answer is: it depends. If you eat a lot of greens and are
in good health, one serving a day is probably enough. If not,
2 to 5 servings per day would be good. Ideally, you would take
your NATURE'S GREENZ™ wheat grass barley grass an hour or so before
a meal with a good amount of pure water or juice. This helps your
body take full advantage of the nutrients without competing with
other foods, and may also take the edge off your hunger so you
don't eat as much at meal time. Ultimately, we believe it's most
important that you take it at a time that is convenient so you
make sure you get your Super-greens every day. Either first thing
or mid-morning and then mid-afternoon is a great time for a Super
Green Energy pick-me-up.

How
do you convert your plants in the field into powder and capsules?
1) The Crop is harvested usually 10 to 12 weeks from planting
with a mechanical harvester; it is then transported to the dryers,
where it is washed and dried down to 7% or less (moisture content)
by continual flow drier using heat at approx 55 - 60C.The drying
process takes about 30 minutes.
2) Dried material is milled firstly through a hammer mill with
a 5mm screen and then through a second mill with a 0.6mm screen.
It is sifted to 50 microns. The crop is then further treated using
a unique dry steam process at approx 55C to ensure the bacteria
count including aerobic plate count, meets strict GMP manufacturing
standards.

Are dangerous sprays, colourings etc used or fillers added?
No artificial colours, additives, flavours, fillers, preservatives,
sugar, milk, starch, gluten or yeast derivatives are added. The
crops are grown without the use of chemicals or sprays (please
note: some of our competitors use many fillers to reduce the cost
of the ingredients)

Wheat Grass & Barley Grass?
According to Dr Robert O Young, PhD in his Book the Ph MIRACLE
Balance Your diet, Reclaim Your Health, Grasses are incredibly
nutrient-dense even more than vegetables. Grasses contain more
chlorophyll per serving than any other food in nature.
Bursting with
over 100 nutritional complexes, including every identifiable mineral
& trace mineral, and every Vitamin in the B-Complex family. It

or 3-5 capsules will offer similar nutrition to fresh juice. However,
there's much more to the story. Differences in soil conditions,
growing time and environment lead to significant differences in
